Responsibilities include assisting with classroom instruction, working with individual students or small groups, supervising students during school activities, preparing instructional materials, and helping meet the academic, social, and behavioral needs of students. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, flexible, and committed to supporting student success and teamwork within the school environment.
